Class Description             Have you ever been frustrated in the past learning how to draw? Cannot seem to get things the ‘way you see them’? This 6 class introductory course will allow you to discover untapped potential and give you the confidence to tackle more complicated subjects! Featuring the tips and techniques in Betty Edward’s split brain theory, you will learn how to harness your creative side, through observational and visualization skills. The multiple-session course begins with observational skill sets, visualization of positive and negative space, and progresses into value and shading of common forms. Your confidence as an artist will grow in just six weeks!
Materials List     Strathmore Sketch pad spiral bound 9×12 or 12×18, Ebony pencils, gum erasers. Optional package of Prismacolor colored pencils 12’s.
